When a discussion turns into something to do, bring the next steps into a board. You choose the messages. AI helps extract concrete tasks and avoid duplicates.

In Chat, select the relevant text and choose Plan in Board.

Choose where the work belongs.
Pick a board you can edit. Only the selected excerpt is used, with sensitive details sanitized before AI processing.

Check the proposed tasks and choose the changes to apply before sharing them with board members.

Board analysis asks for consent before sending context to the configured AI provider. Chat extraction also requires AI permission for that conversation. AI does not automatically monitor your chats, send messages, or change board membership.

Suggestions can be mistaken. You review every change, and your board’s existing editing permissions still apply.
